January 2025 Update - Training

What's up bro!
Here is my January 2025 training update:
Training is going wonderfully. I am truly enjoying it, and I am feeling very good. My ankle is bothering me sometimes, but we are pushing through it. I officially started my training on January 3rd after getting to Decker Training Facility on December 28, 2024. I've been training with my friends and competitors, Joel Hetrick and Zack Decker. I wake up at 6:30 AM every morning and eat breakfast, normally fruit, granola, and cottage cheese mixed with yogurt with a side of some eggs. Then I hit the gym with everyone at 8 AM sharp. We do an hour to an hour and a half of cardio; then we stretch for 20-30 minutes. After the gym, we get on the track around 11 AM we either do longer or short sprint motos. We get off the track from 2 PM - 3 PM. I make myself lunch; then I make sure to wash my bike and take care of anything that needs to be done. After I'm done outside, I head in for a shower. By this time, it is normally 5 PM, and I make myself dinner and relax for the rest of the day, sometimes, I hang out with everyone there, or I go out for a drive. I normally go to bed around 10 PM. Then I wake up and do it all again; I love the routine of it all.
I really enjoy the friendly banter between everyone, we all know how to light fire under each others...
